Abeona was born from the belief that travel has a unique capacity to cultivate fresh experiences, deepen connections, and forge a greater appreciation for joy in the everyday.
From a romantic honeymoon to South America spanning Chile’s Atacama desert and Uruguay’s beachy haven of Punta del Este, to a restorative family-break on the West-Coast of Ireland, Abeona prides itself on crafting trips as unique as its clients.
Prior to founding Abeona, Laura studied Philosophy and Politics at the University of Edinburgh, followed by a law conversion. After several years in the legal industry, Laura embarked on an adventure and founded Abeona.

We believe in travelling intentionally via high end, low impact travel which supports sustainable tourism and has a positive impact on local communities; at a bare minimum, for every trip you book with us, £50 is donated to GiveDirectly, a nonprofit in whose ethos we wholeheartedly believe: that giving directly to those living in poverty, enabling them to control how aid money is spent, has the most impact.
